Drinniol

Drinniols, or Hulks as they are more commonly called, are a primitive race who have been enslaved by the Pfhor. With grey/blue skin and often clad in a purple tunic, they are the largest and slowest creatures in the Marathon universe. Drinniols have no body fat and must therefore be fed frequently in order to remain active. Their immense power makes them a formidable enemy at close range.

Drinniols are only encountered in the first installment of the Marathon trilogy, and on a mere two levels at that: The Rose and Blaspheme Quarantine.
