The Marathon
Bernard Strauss managed to place ten Mjolnir Mark IV cyborgs onto the UESC Marathon. During the invasion of Tau Ceti by the Pfhor, nine of these cyborgs were destroyed [citation needed]. The remaining cyborg was the Security Officer of the Marathon and was not in the colony during the invasion.
The player-character

The final screen from Marathon Infinity notes that the player-character is a "man long dead, grafted to machines."[2] By the end of the Marathon trilogy there is plenty of evidence that the player-character is, indeed, a cyborg.
This was finally confirmed in an alleged letter from Bungie.[3]
